  14. If the outbound level is all the way up in game, go to Recording Devices and change the levels of your microphone.
  15. Try voice_loopback 1. Then set your volume down so you don't hear yourself talking, that's what messes me up when I use voice_loopback. If that doesn't work for you, just narrate it with whatever you're using to edit it.
