when i have CSS on my laptop, it pretty much hogs all my bandwidth and locks every other application out of the internet so there is no internet access to anyone but me. Is there anything i can do so it will stop hogging all my bandwidth and locking everyone out? BTW: When i uninstalled steam and all the games everything went back to normal. Could use some help.
