I guess we don't have any NBA fans around here. I was surprised to see no NBA threads being created. I guess I will have to create this then. Series is currently tied 1-1 with the next 3 games being played in Dallas. We will see if the Heat can take one (which I think they will) but if the Mavs play like they should at home then they may walk away with this series.

I have started liking baseball more in the past few years. Baseball is probably the hardest sport to enjoy just because it is so slow and then you have the major markets constantly winning because of their ability to spend massive amounts of money on players. Overall, I would say that the NFL is probably the best professional league even though they are currently under a lockout but they will get it worked out even if they do miss a game or two. They will get it worked out, they are working more towards completing it now than they were before.

I wouldn't necessarily say that. Maybe it's because on play on the prison break server but the only times that they don't take action on that server is if they don't actually see the rule breaking themselves.

The only problem with that is you have to be friends with that person and if that person doesn't accept/doesn't see the request then you could be having to wait longer. PMing is another way to go though. I don't think this would be bad but just isn't really needed.

Well I know in the Prison Break server if you are AFK for a certain amount of time you will be moved to spectator. As for the other servers I thought it was the same as well but maybe I am mistaken. Votekick I suppose wouldn't be too bad but still the amount of abuse being used on that would be exponentially high.

This would get abused so bad. That is the main reason why it is not on the server. I think the only way to actually have it on the server is if you get like a 90% vote saying to ban the person. But even then I feel like it would be abused. Admins are usually on and I rarely play when an admin isn't on. If you are having troubles with players either demo them or add admins to your friends list so you can message them if you need them. That is the easiest way. I don't think adding votekick or voteban would be a very good idea seeing as the maturity in the servers is pretty low at times.

You did an awesome job turning this place around from what seemed a mess not too long ago. You will be missed! Good luck with everything you do in life!

I see you are discriminating Jail Break and that takes quite a bit of skill... Guess I will have to start my own pro group.

I realize people judge the players off their college careers and what not but how many times have we seen guys come out of college underrated and just dominate. I realize this doesn't happen often but still I don't know how people can rate draft classes with the exception of the 2003 one, before the players actually play in the NBA. They are two different levels and how these players turn out is unknown until they have actually stepped foot on an NBA floor.

Not always. Getting 10th prestige legit doesn't mean you are the best it just means you have a ton of time on your hands. There are a lot of really good players that do the 10th prestige to get the perks because they don't have as much time to beat the entire game.

The only reason I can see them having them in biohazard is because in some of the rooms you only have 1 way out and if they didn't teleport them then the humans would be screwed haha.

All we can do is wait and see. Only time will tell he could either be the next Mike Vick or JeMarcus Russell.

I agree hacking with the purpose of just ranking up in some way I feel is fine. Such as changing stats or in Call of Duty 10th prestige lobbies or whatever, those are fine because they don't gain a skill advantage. While other hacks do give the player a skill advantage and those I am against. Although, it can be funny sometimes haha.

I don't mind like one of these per map but like you mentioned in biohazard they have it after every hold off point. Then the teleporters that put the zombies somewhere else. I hate those too.

I have no idea where he is going with this but I think along the lines of over-hyped.

I wasn't directing my post at you in general or really at all. It is just something I have seen. Back to the predator topic though I really don't feel like you fight off zombies that much. I was playing it last night on the last level and you rarely fight zombies off. You run to the elevator and shoot a zombie for 5 seconds, then you run until you fall into that hole that brings you by another elevator in which you don't even really shoot a zombie, then you go wait for that transporter thing that lifts you up in the air and you don't fight off any more zombies there either. Finally is the first part where you see zombie action is when people don't know to crouch while they go through the hole and get caught by zombies. You finally hold off zombies for about 10 seconds in that room then you take a transporter to the boss. Now this is where basically one or two people out of the say 25 people alive have to hold of zombies while the rest shoot the boss. Now I am not bashing predator because I do enjoy the map, I really do like to play it. My main point is maps like these are more focused around fighting off bosses rather than zombies. I mean watch the time that SG beat the map: you can see basically the zombie just running along until that one part I mentioned where they actually make contact. You do see a couple people shooting off the zombie at a ladder but they don't HAVE to. Now again, I wasn't directing my post just at you or anyone in general, I was just stating my opinion. I don't prefer new maps or old maps even though I began here with some of the "older maps." My main point is that they are different styles of play. It's not a bad thing and I wouldn't say it's a good thing. Things are just different.

I agree with this. Times change and so do people. I don't really like when people bash other time generations just because they are apart of a new one. Things were different "back then." What may seem stupid now was actually cool back then. It is like any other gaming console, it is fun to go back and play the old stuff because those were the cool things at the time just like the new maps that are out today, those are the cool things. Kind of hard to explain my train of thought but essentially I agree with what you have mentioned.
