I came on nearly a year ago as admin, and Suri took me under his wing, always answered my questions(No matter how stupid they seemed), and Over time, he dealt with a lot more stupid stuff that would have driven even the most sane person in the world crazy. He put up with more crap in a day here than most would deal with in a lifetime, but he never really lost his cool. He' s acted professionally and admirably.
