Ok I just missed a couple things btw looking towards that cafeteria room drops my fps bad.

I tested the map out a few days ago and just don't like that there we about 4 grenades in the cell block, with no guns and the only gun for rebels to find is a scout in isolation. Also the vent was pretty big and silly being wide in the open that only leads to a catwalk through a long ass hallway. This all being from me just nocliping and exploring around the map.

Looks like you got some beets in that soup guessing because of the color, lol.

TTT is not dead for the love of god, the population is just unsteady. Seeing both arguements, caution your agruement has "lost" seeing the voting and as it progessed. As it stands now the vote is 36 Yes' and 6 No's, I think that the vote to get a morbus server has won and there should be a morbus server just to replace the Stronghold server. Not to replace the Cinema server seeing as that server is doing relatively ok.

You probably had a tier 4 scout which ranks up. Scouts like that get tier 4-8 matches because they are fast and can spot the higher tier heavies for the other tanks.

I think a removal of stronghold is needed, only because it is a dead server. Sh also stole the TTT population and then those players got bored of Sh killing the population of both. Hate to break it to you but this map is not that great. Cell block is very closed off and the map is hard to get through.
