I am gonna try and remember what my motherboard is called

I think I have posted it here somewhere before so I'll go look for it

Once I find it I'll hunt memory that is compatible.

I don't know if my MB can support higher RAM

Does you motherboard need to be good in order to hold more than 3 GB?

I have 1 GB atm so it is 512 MB per stick thing

Where can I get 1 GB ram stick and a 2 GB ram stick

So I can have 3 GB

Since I run 32-bit I know I can only access 3.5 GB ram anyway

Dont buy another 1 gig or 2 gig stick of ram, keep all the ram modules all the same, if you want 3 gig of ram, buy 3x1 gig sticks or 2x2 because if its DDR2 it likes to be paired, your system will be stable and performance will be alot better than getting un-matched ram

I ordered 2 GB ram which'll bump my ram to 3 GB

as for the gfx card

One under £100 pl0x!!!

I'm not sure about what memory my MB supports =o

My MB supports DDR2 RAM but my Graphics card has DDR3 Memory, it doesn't matter if it's different from your RAM, the only compatibility issue you need to look at is PCI/AGP/PCI-E.

PCI-E is common now?

Well I think I know it now (:

Any suggestions for a PCI-E GFX under £100
