(joke to the serious people) It's easier to stay at the same or near target each month. The new target each month will be $406.00. Shouldn't ever need to be more unless we get something new. It's always clever to have a little spare in the pot, in case the community want something, for example a large group are now asking for BC2 server. It we were to get that it would cost us $40.00, so straight away we could get that. Some months I subtract it others I don't.
