The concept of this item sounds nice but the consequences of using it, such as losing health or getting slayed if accidentally fired, would but too complicated for a new player since items don't give you a description on how to use it until after you buy it. Also with people complaining about hitreg or those that have a shit aim, this would be a pretty useless weapon since it does have only one bullet and the cost of it would be high. My suggestion would be to just have it dropped after getting a kill on one person if that's possible.
