It doesn't. Only certain people have trouble getting to it. I also have issues getting to the website at least half the time but when I do get to it there are chat box comments the entire time I was unable to get to it.

RTD definitely makes maps like smash cannons a lot more fun.

Well, Gateway is very hit and miss and usually miss. They can be very reliable but usually aren't. I don't know what you are using the laptop for so I won't go into full detail. That being said, here is what I like and don't like about the setup: The Good DDR3 Memory 64-bit operating system wireless n 720p screen (could be better but for the price it's nice) HDMI The Bad 5400 RPM HDD 8x DVD (ROM? Doesn't say writer) USB 2.0 (3.0 is a cheap upgrade for them) 1 Year Warranty (I hope you bought best buys warranty) Graphics card (I really can't say much because I don't know what you're using it for) On another note, it has a nice, clean and professional look to it.
