I half-agree, but the kid had it coming. He was trying to run across a busy street just to impress some friends, which is among the dumbest things I have heard in my life. If I saw a kid getting mowed down on a sidewalk by a reckless driver, I would have felt differently. But I'm pretty sure if I saw what Cromyth saw, I would have ran to help the kid, but I wouldn't have stopped laughing or letting him know what a fucking idiot he was.

Haha, I was just talking to a good friend of mine that also got hit by a car a few years ago. He got hit a patrol car. There was a news report about him, and it said that he just ran across the street with headphones on and the guy had no time to spot.

That's actually not bad with monitor included. Though like Elfbarf said, that card is pretty outdated, and it would be a waste of the other parts to have it in there.

Besides looking cool and having a few possible applications for it, what is the point of this? The only thing I can think of is that it would probably be sturdier since rolling it around like that doesn't break it. Other than that, I really won't care about a phone that I can roll up like a piece of paper. It also looks like it would be a pain to straighten it out again so you can watch videos normally.

Holy shit. That is the most incredible thing I have seen in my entire life. Seriously, if they do want to keep this a company secret and not sell it, at least open the copy capabilities to the public. I've seen some of these public versions, but they seem like primitive versions of this.
