Todd mentioned several times "You can play solo" or something of the like, but I want to know if there will be actual settings to state that I don't want other people running around the world with me. Especially when there are fucking nukes to be found and launched. Also, will nukes regen? Seems weird that there are x number of nuke sites in an "online" game, so I assume they would?
