I honestly can't remember the last time I've heard Mic spam due to a program. Like others have said, it's usually people spamming their voices. However is there a program that could help prevent or minimize that?

Too soon to donate would be if you're still unsure you want to stay here. If you know you'd play a lot and get the most out of your donation then I'd say go ahead and donate, but hold off if you don't think you'll get your money's worth.

That's the thing, you would factor in how productive the member is to the community. It goes beyond simply being nice and posting in introduction threads. @Euro sombrero it actually didn't, not often at least, maybe once a year one would come down to popularity, and that was usually when it was between 2-3 deserving people.
