This mainly effects the people below the CA rank, but I think it would be nice if we could quote posts from closed threads.

There is a way to do this, but I don't think it's clearly stated anywhere.

 

Here's how you do it:

 

1. Click on the post number in the thread

 

 

2. Copy the post number displayed in the URL

 

 

3. Do the code (bracket)QUOTE=(Person's name);(post#)](copy and paste text you want to quote)

[Trazz]

Another way to do it is by doing

[noparse][quote] [/quote][/noparse]

Example:

Brock's gay

 

If you'd like the name simply change it to this

[noparse][quote name='HAXOR']I am gay[/quote][/noparse]

Example:

I am gay

Another way to do it is by doing QUOTE] and

 

This will not display the name of the original poster though, it’ll appear like this

 

Or do QUOTE=Trazz] I don't like this race

 

I don't like this race

 

What @Phoenix_ says is the solution though, the only problem has been getting the actual post's number.
