I would like to see servers un-cancerified

The servers are not all connected.... If you are on mobile you play vs. mobile(unless queued with other platforms then u are put with the other platform), If you are on console you play with other console (unless queued with another plat form), and PC players only play against PC(even if PC player queues with a xbox player they are against other pc players and some console players that queued with other pc players) It isnt ALL connected

I signed up monday and got it yesterday, and played 1 game. But I have not gotten any codes to give out, as they didn't given me any.

Going onto what nemesis said about the TEXT chat... you cannot be in a voice channep and type to just those people... basically there arent any text channels that are “bound” to voice channels.
