I believe that admins who go undercover should NOT have to change anything except their name and remove the [sG] tag from their name. The rule should be added in the !rules so people will actually know it. If a player sees someone with maybe the same model, profile picture, and voice but there is not [sG] tag in their name they should assume the admin does NOT want to be known to other players. It doesn't matter if the admin doesn't want to do his duties or is just undercover, you should always assume that if an admin does that have [sG] in their name or their actual name set it's for a reason. If a new player maybe accidentally "outs" the admin it's okay. It's okay because if the admin was undercover the hacker or maybe rule breaker will do something against the rules later anyway (It's the nature of a rule-breaker). If the admin is outted as being an admin but is not undercover, oh well, he has to do his job now(No hostility meant just being "comical")!!! If a new player also needs help we have benevolent players for a reason. I wont lie, the community of SG may be one of the most kind i've ever faced (Minus the player disrespect lobbed at me). I always see people helping out new players with a rule, and if they REALLY need an admin they can be told by one of those players to go make a post on the forums. Why not help the new player and stay undercover? Because whatever this new player needs is most likely something simple, and if not it will still be resolved (Maybe even after the admin is done being undercover he can say,"Hey *insert noob name* still need help with that thing?". How about players who know the rules who out admins, how will you know if they're being genuine or not? If they do it once that's okay, but if they do it again punish them. Or if someone very obviously called out an admin you can then gag/ban/kick as you wish.

You should know a few things. One, there were two admins on and if something illegal was happening they took care of it (the guy throwing HE grenades). Two, from the start of the round I had been saying bomb-rush soccer BE ON PITCH. Since the round started I said be on soccer pitch for FORTY SECONDS (Note I also had FO). Third, I'm making a player complain for a lot of individuals about this whole scenario and the large player disrespect that insued afterward. In the video I asked multiple admins about blatant disobey and then gave them the situational. Wait for the complaint, watch the clip, and then see for yourself

If we had a help center on TS it would be very easy for players to get help. It could be a channel manned by any admins willing, or we could create a role to handle those types of situations. Sometimes it's hard to contact an admin, Discord is rarely responded to and !calladmin doesn't work anymore. This would be pretty cool because I've seen it work out on other teamspeaks

This would definitely be a good way of complimenting admins or just telling them in what ways they're doing their job amazingly (that aint a word).

I think maybe the "preview" option should just put a link in chat pm'ing you and giving this link. Would be simple to do and make sense

With the influx of new players, and the frequent problem of new players staying on CT side without knowing the rules, I suggest an idea to help? If there was a way to restrict an individual to play a certain side (CT Side) based on statistacs. For example you can not join CT side unless you have an X amount of hours. I think maybe three hours should be plently enough to learn all the rules.

Jailbreak has been crashing alot recently and i applaud all the hard admins at work fixing it, but it's happening too much. I know the new update has fucked up the server and you guys are working hard, but maybe taking the server down for a little bit to repair everything might help. Maye a day or two to take down JB and fix EVERYTHING would really help because the constant crashes ruin the momentum of the game. We might lose a few players for a few days, but people will play other SG servers.

I've played SG Jailbreak for almost two months now but have the lingering question, do you have to say what you're warning shotting someone for. For example a CT says as fo, "all t's when cells doors open face the back of your cell and freeze". Since this order is very similar to another order saying the same thing instead saying take a step out, the t takes a step out. Then the T is warning shot, but he doesn't know what for because no one has said what for. Then he is killed for not listening to the order. While this situation doesn't happen a lot because most ct's are nice enough to say what for, having the rule not require them to say is pretty unfair. I think we should definately change this rule because sometimes people are cut off or their mics dont work etc. Let's atleast start a discussion over this.
