It's comparable to hair metal in the 80s. Hopefully some new artists can bring it back for the sake of the genre. I'm no fan, but I respect many of the bygone talents that propelled rap and hip hop to the mainstream. I still would like to see rock brought back to its heyday, but in an ideal world, every genre would be putting out nothing short of Grade A Prime music. Link to comment
