Rocket League Tournament- Teams and Prizes announced

Talked to a few people and capped the sign-up at 32. If we added anymore it would start throwing everything off and the bracket would be weird. However, there's a possibility we might lose people so if for whatever reason we need a substitute, you are first in line.

Will we use same system than ESL ? Bo3 on every match except Bo5 for finals ?

 

The majority of match-ups will be best of 3. However, the semi-finals will be best of 5, and the finals will be best of 7...

 

The tournament will be double-elimination. Meaning you must lose twice, in order to be eliminated from the tournament. So just because you lose in round one, doesn't mean you can't make a comeback and win the finals.

I don't know how you have planned organizing but I think it would be much easier if every team would have "team leader"/ "contact". They would be marked on the bracets. Then "leaders" get in contact and discuss on time. So its not 4 people trying to get 1 game on.
