CSGO Update

This new csgo update has messed up a lot of people apparently. It messed with my razer synapse and completely corrupted my csgo sound. Ended up having to launch in untrusted mode

obs wasn't working for me all today and I kept wondering why. launched in untrusted and it immediately started working. thats about an hour of troubleshooting down the drain

 

was also happening to me and caused some fps drops

You do -trusted and -untrusted in properties settings, it shouldn’t really be that big of a problem, all they did was make a new trusted mode update.

After Update: My FPS is actually higher than before, reaching ~350 instead of the ~280 I was having before. What in the hell.

This video helps explain it a bit. I haven't been experiencing any frame drops, and ShadowPlay works fine for me. However, other applications like OBS haven't been working. Also, the whole -untrusted thing might work for community servers, but you can't play any VAC authenticated servers (MM, Casual).

It's that this update is retarded as well because 15 mins after beta was released it was already bypassed. Therefore people who play the game legit and wanna record have bad trust factor and the cheaters are cheating there ass off in high trust factor matches.
