To never change who I am; I hold onto my youth a lot, and getting older and taking on more responsibilities usually takes away that youthful happiness from folks. But damn do I wish I could be as happy as I was when I was a kid who knew nothing about the world.

To prevent all the pain my father has endured his entire life from day one, and if possible, beat the ever living pulp out of the people who made him horrified to step out of his own house every single day. I couldn’t even begin to imagine growing up having to fight for your life every day of your existence no matter where you were, against a bunch of sad excuse for a human being scumbags. I would do anything for him to enjoy his childhood to the best extent possible.
 

It grinds my gears more than anything and breaks me inside, when I see the emptiness and pain in my fathers eyes every time I go to hug him, to let him know I’ll always be there for him.
