Do not like limiting who can or can not play CT. From what I can understand lately the issue isn't even new people, more so it's older players that try to take advantage of every little thing they can. I'm not adding any form of limitation as to who can or can't play CT. We'll often get players that have plenty of JB experience but not on our server. I don't want to prevent them from enjoying their time on our server if they prefer playing CT. If someone is really new and doesn't know how to play and are ruining the game, then try to either teach them or get an admin on. And just to comment on the suggestion of making them join the steam group, if I was new to a server and saw they required me to join their group before getting the full experience on the server, I'd likely just leave.

Not entirely sure how I feel about that rebel round ordeal. I'd have to see it in action, but it very much sounds almost like a war day sorta and don't think I'm too fond of the chaos and confusion it'll likely cause.

Demo is just what you see. It captures whatever you see and hear. This includes not recording your own voice unless you have loopback enabled. As for the replays, can't help you on that one.

Height won't matter. Show up in a nice pair of jeans, polo shirt would be fine as well. Just walk up to the counter and politely ask to speak to the manager. If you know the manager's name, politely ask to speak to . Idk how things are in Jersey, but if its considered polite and normal to say Mr or Ms, then ask to speak to Mr/Ms . When they walk up, shake their hand, introduce yourself and say something about you are there for the job interview. They'll prob lead you to somewhere to sit and talk. Just be relaxed and polite when talking to them. Your body language will speak more for your appearance than anything. Just dress business casual like I said, and try to make note of your posture. Also if you already have facial hair, be sure to either just shave it all off, or trim it to where it looks nice. Same goes with your hair. Just make sure its well kept and brushed or styled in a presentable manner. Really, just don't overthink it.

Like how you're saying Dak playing instead of Romo this season is the reason for our success. I mean, never mind that the last time we saw Romo play more than two full games, we went 12-4 regular season (one of those loses he didn't even start). Then we were one bullshit rule away from potentially going to the championship game to face a team we already beat down. Dak is good, but so is having Zeke and having our coach actually game plan for a QB not named Romo, which is a big reason for our failure of a season last year. Dak or Romo it doesn't matter, this team would still be where it's at now, if not better. My entire point about your job, is that I'd expect someone in the news business to actually do his research and not blindly shit on a QB that deserves better. I'd expect someone anchored in news to not be so ignorant when it comes to Romo and how severely underrated he was/is by the general population. Map is still really early in beta it seems. Concept seems nice, but gonna wait a bit before adding it to the server.

You said big, so assumed if it was spread out and Big the file size might be big. Even then, 38mb is pretty Fucking small for a file size. Must be some bland ass shit if it's big in map size, but small in file size. The screenshots looked decent when I looked at it earlier. I'll check the map out possibly tomorrow when I get home from work.

What's the file size? Won't get around to downloading and looking at it till maybe tomorrow but if the file size is absurd I'll reject it based on that alone.
