IIRC checkbans makes a pop up window of a person's SB record on SB if they've had a previous ban before.

You see, if someone got banned for free killing previously and said person joins the server and an admin is on, it'll say in chat for the admins that "thisrulebreakerfgt has x previous SourceBan on record" or whatever. Also I recommend admins also use "sm_listsbbans name" or "sm_checkbans name" to see if a person has any previous SB on record for any reason. Also the fact that players can just make an player complaint and call an admin onto the server helps too.
