Most surf servers (even the really shitty ones) have a population on them. I feel a big server group like SG would do very well with a surf server.

I see your point, but the kinds of people who are too lazy to take a 5 question quiz are also the kind who are too lazy to read rules and freekill because they dont know the rules...

To play on CT someone should first have to take a small quiz thats like 5 questions about basic rules on on the server. Some question could be, "do CT's need to warning shot, When can a CT kill without a warning shot, is afk freeze allowed, are there wardens, what is a catwalk, can you give kos orders," Etc. I feel it would really improve the community because we would only have Ct's with a good grasp of the rules and the mass freekills would not be as common.

To me it doesn't really matter what keyboard I have. The one I'm using currently came with my computer and it probably cheap as fuck, but it works well and has lasted multiple months. Does getting a more expensive keyboard really make you in any way a better gamer? I feel like more expensive = oooooooooh! Pretty colors!

I think this would kinda ruin some player's experiences. People like Quan (who never rebels or has LR's) would feel more pressured into choosing an LR and it would change the flow of the server
