I mean, taking creatine and preworkouts I agree. What is possibly wrong with taking someone taking whey protein though? lol

I've written these posts in other threads, basically just start counting your calories, protein, carbs etc follow some workout regiments and get more active if you're a starter. Getting more active is probably the most important part mentally and physically it's just great conditioning. Getting through that first 3 months and still keeping with it is where most people fail miserably and never workout again- if you can get past that in my opinion you would have improved your life for the mid-term to long-term future. If you're going to start working out I would suggest you hit certain parts of your body a day, however you want to do that. This means getting a gym membership, doing calisthenics, or even just getting some beginner shit for home like dumbbells, maybe a pull-up bar or some hippy resistance bands. Whatever you do just make sure you know the difference between pushing yourself too far and actually making progress. A day where you go to the gym and vomit coming out at least you made the effort to better yourself. Protein powder is useful but I have to say that you should be careful taking supplements as not only are they a scam but a lot of them are the worst unregulated bullshit ever. This goes from anything to way overpriced shit that you can buy for 5.00 online at the same quality to just shit that isn't healthy at all. Just today I tried a new preworkout and actually had probably the worst anxiety and jitters for 3 hours straight. There are studies that even show realistic doses of Creatine can contribute to hair loss in people who are predisposed. Get your basic run of the mill mass gainer or whey protein powder, some chocolate bullshit you can drink with milk or water. If you don't have a blender or magic bullet type-thing you can just straight shake it in a shaker but blending it makes it taste & go down easier in my opinion. You don't have to eat super lean or starve yourself when you're working out, not everyone should be losing weight or be on some weird fucking retard diet. That isn't to say your diet should consist of strictly pizza and cheese puffs, its to say that you need to have. Learning to know how much you're eating is probably a good skill to learn and eventually you'll probably just say fuck it and know most of what you're roughly putting in your body. Am tired someone else will probably say something I missed, Caution is a really good person to talk to. Get on a healthy regiment and stick to it in a tldr.

I propose ridding @diryathing from the contest and doing a revote allowing for both @tides (if he wins here) and someone else to win. Basically forced everyones hand to vote for one person to avoid diryathing to win in the name of campaigning. Y'all ruining this fun contest that people like @Black Rain take quite a lot of time to run and even as someone who doesn't even like the contest that much to begin with it makes me a bit annoyed. Campaigning really never was a huge problem in the past besides the meme but this time its pretty obvious people are trolling so probably the best way to salvage the contest.

The last month Jailbreak has made some amazing progress in terms of community, better administration, population, and even all the changes we've been pushing. The rank has been doing absolutely amazing, the best it has done in many, many years and I'm extremely proud to be apart of the JB community pushing our server to new heights. A massive thank you to everyone involved from the players who are making our server what it is, the admins who are working hard as fuck (really give it up for all of them please), the TA's who are making all our ideas a reality and my fellow managers who have put so much time into the server. I wish I could mention all of you but I want you to know that I have gametracker open and my eye is always on those who are contributing to the server- you guys are the real MVP's. I hope you guys continue to follow us into the school year, we will be developing and improving as often as humanly possible. We look forward to building on our community, recruiting new admins to the ranks and truly making something you guys can continue to be proud to be apart of. Turns out community interaction doesn't help you too much if in a lot of those interactions you're a dickhead. Nevertheless, probably a good place to say that @delirium despite his flaws pours a lot of energy into Steam-Gamers and along with @Black Rain is the biggest connector between the community. This guy filters through so much bullshit, does his job as BD, and still manages to hop on TS, TTT, and JB to hang out. He has been the face for the BD team, takes a lot of shit and I want to say that I appreciate the work you put in a lot. @Liam Brown is actually a saint to this community and for anyone who has needed their ideas put into reality, he's your man. The amount of time and work he has dedicated into fixing the server, pumping out new plugins, updating previous ones, etc to this communities servers is unrivaled. This community would not be the same without him and I think both him and the other people who are busting their ass behind the scenes don't get enough praise, from me personally- thank you. @Mad Dogg and @Prez are just great people and great BD's. These guys are great to have conversations with, they are full of knowledge both regarding the servers and even sometimes Prez will be your summer camp counselor (owo) when you need one. Just wanted to give a little succ to all the BD's Big D's cause lord knows I give you enough shit to go along with it. Thanks from me.

Essentially the same as maps like Clouds, Summerjail, SpyvsSpy. Not going to keep a map off cause people fail to give proper orders, it's still by all indicators a good map. People enjoyed it a lot and in the small time it was on the server it amassed a lot of playtime. If more people feel this way we obviously won't readd it, and if after we do readd it people still feel that way we can just remove it.

Despite the fact that there is our deep state conspiracy to keep Tropical Island from being added I'm gonna try to push this one through. There is a game on the second island called flicks which allows you spam Deagles till it crashes the server. If someone wants to message me for SG's version of this map (literally just fixes to the original) and fix it whether with stripper or better yet remove it entirely in hammer then recompile the map let me know.
