I've been playing Scrim a lot more recently and I think we should remove the Deadmute on Scrim. Not everyone uses TeamSpeak at this point and it can be obnoxious when you're trying to quickly call things out. It was added to keep your teammates from barking shit at you when you are trying to concentrate but in all honesty even players like myself benefit greatly from other teammates callouts as I don't play things like ESEA, CEVO, or competitive often if at all. Suggesting this because besides myself, even the people who went ahead to suggest the change at this point are opting to use TeamSpeak to communicate. It was a good change to try out in all honesty, even when I read it I thought it was going to be good but when put into practice I think it had reverse effects. There was a discussion I read awhile back here about removing the plugin, but as far as I know nothing was ever discussed per what was said. Will throw a poll up on this thread but definitely interested to see what people think, I'm not exactly a Scrim Veteran.

Alright guys, I'm going to try and reverse my sins. @Jake I can see your argument about the old Razor and new Razor, and Legojail though I respectfully disagree as I think they're balanced/changed differently enough where keeping both versions of them is a good idea. Speaking for Electric Razor... The spawns in isolation, the way the fridge secret works, the percentage teleport to the vent to armory, placement of the mac-10 in relation to the teleport, soccer jump secret being more difficult to reach, door in soccer which tends to lead to CT camping, AWP window being completely transparent, way weapon spawns work in armory, glocks changed to usp, among tons of of other balancing differences is why players would like a choice between both. I personally enjoy both for different reasons, the old Razor is more of a challenge to rebel on for me while the new one is fun as some all out war clusterfuck. The room added to pool draws the rounds out far too long as well which in my opinion is a big reason why I will always choose the old vs. the new. Had the new Razor been some re texture with low impact changes I would agree with you, but as it stands now- I do not. Speaking for Lego 2k17... The color scheme is awful, it has a big ol' fuckin donger you can run around with, some of those games are completely fucked or almost encouraging people to abuse them. The map compared to old Lego is wide open in main-cell which in my opinion kills the entire feeling of the old map only to add a board game that we rarely ever play due to our servers set of rules. Our beloved Disco's music from the original map has completely been ripped from it, Zombie freeday room replaced with Colors, Maze replaced with Climb which causes issues with people being dickheads and pool has a Deathgame right in the middle of it which leads to tons of free killing. I hope we can get the older versions of these maps back, not because of illogical nostalgia but because they're genuinely different in many ways. Thank you if you actually read all of that, I just want the maps back and repent for my sins. If you don't add them back I will fight you in Mortal Kombat.

Winning those high kill games is a struggle in all honesty. Sometimes it's better to not shoot than to shoot everything on sight. A lot of the time shooting in the wrong part of the circle, on bad terrain, without all the proper information about where players are can get you killed without much of a chance to react properly. @Jake we weren't talking about different versions of a map, we were talking about the same maps that were fixed up and left on the SourceMod list that aren't on the rotation anymore. Ya big dumb idiot. @Nimmy pls fix

Appreciate ya Jake! I think there might have been more than 2 duplicates but it's possible I'm completely wrong. Just want to page @Nimmy to double check that the fixes you and others made weren't removed. Don't remember if they all had proper names and such.

No. I'm talking about versions of the exact same maps that are either fixes, broken or newer versions. Revamp and Lego2K17 are a whole different can of worms we already opened in another thread.

1. Clear the maps we are not using on rotation off of the map list. There's like 2-3 versions of the same maps on the server. 2. Add the extension to the CT Ban plugin that limits the time SA's can ban for. @Nimmy @Jake @delirium

I'm gonna post before you get overflowed with "admins are volunteers, fak u asshole!11!11 WE HAVE LIVES XD", there is basically no solution for us to get more active admins other than either.. 1. Making receiving SA easier (which we already practically have). or 2. Adding Incentive for admins (which if you have a reasonable idea I'm sure it'll get looked at). The incentive for administrating is supposed to be helping the server but as I've found out since I got back a lot of people just want the rank to swing their dick around which is pretty obnoxious. I don't know if you already have me added but feel free to call me on when you get the chance and try to encourage some of our good, mature, active members to apply for admin. I think this problem is smallest where PB is concerned currently, which in perspective is pretty sad considering how few admins there is at times.
