  18. Most of the time it can affect a different bad, say you get banned for free-killing... your ban might be extended if this is brought up or complained about a lot. Most of the time I see someone get banned for this it is just a temporary CT ban (1 day-1 week)

  23. It's just one of those things you have to deal with... you can try to ask for one in shoutbox
  24. Never seen this happen but can see why it would... Also your main reason for adding this rule should not be because you want to use your skin, while yes it is nice. But it shouldn't be the reason you are playing JB. Anyways I do agree with adding this rule if it lags the server out when you "skin spam".
