Literally the most uninmportant thing I noticed, but under the admin complaint section the note reads “Admin Complaints Post here if you feel an admin is abusing his powers”. Obviously there are a couple female admins and may be more in the future. Just thought a change to “their” or “his/her” might be better...

Well I see that both AT and Shure require some sort of audio interface and that only adds to the cost. I guess what I’m saying is I’m looking for something that’s less complicated (at least for me) than AT and Shure. I’ve done comparisons of Blue Yeti vs Razer vs AT, haven’t really noticed much of a difference. That’s probably just me tho. While I agree that both Shure and AT are defenitely better options in terms of quality, the overall ease of use when coupled with my knowledge of audio is less than that of a Blue or Razer mic. For now I’ll be going with the Razer, I’ll defenitely keep both the AT2020 and Shure in mind if I am completely unhappy with my current purchase. Also I will most likely be adding that boom arm bundle to whichever mic I decide to purchase. Thank you for all your suggestions. I wish I was more educated in audio so I could make the perfect choice...

Any specific reason why not blue? Seems like it’s a very popular brand...

There’s some good yeti/snowball mic, boom arm, pop filter bundles on Amazon. I will probably test the Razer Seiren X and if I hate it, I will purchase one of those bundles. Thanks!

AT2020 and audio interface getting a bit pricey for me. I’m looking for something more plug and play. I’ll take a look at the AT2020 usb+ later today and do some research on that. Thanks for the suggestion though!

Well if I have buyers remorse when I get my Razer mic, I’ll return it and probably go with the yeti nano. Thanks for the suggestion!

I like that one a lot but it’s a bit large for my desk, do you recommend the blue yeti nano?

UPDATE: Bought a Razer Seiren X as most of my current peripherals are Razer brand and I purchased the mic for $75 plus tax on Amazon...

I’ve heard of mod mic, I have a mic on my current headset, believe it is the arctis 7. Looking for a better quality mic than what’s currently on my headset and a mod mic. Thanks for the suggestion though!

Looking to improve my current headset mic with a real cardioid mic. I don’t know much about this area and so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Current list of possible mics are the AT2020, blue snowball, blue yeti, and Hyperx Quadcast... My budget is around $150 and if you could, include any other accessories I would need in order for the mic to work...

Man... I'm conflicted, clouds is my favorite maps on the map rotation, but I do agree that CT's often give the same order every round on this map. Also your observation that everyone leaves in a couple rounds is pretty accurate. So if we must, we can get rid of it...

If I'm not mistaken, it is against the rules. However, a FD can be given if the CT freekills the T the round before. I agree, it is very annoying and most times it ends in some CT's not hearing and killing the T or the T getting a couple kills and the entire T team rebels. I also agree that if you try to revoke it, the T and the CT who gave it explode in toxicity which is never good...

The website is called pretend you’re xyzzy and it’s basically just an online version of cards against humanity which I bet most of you have heard of. The site works really well and I think this could be a pretty fun event. All someone needs to do is create game and create a password for the lobby. I feel this would be a great addition to FO as many people have binds for "say !fo" and take it every round and tend to give the same order every round. I feel this would give CT's who want to get FO, but aren't fast enough, a better chance. This would also give T's more diverse orders on FO...
