Unless you are like me and just go press buttons you find in maps, it might be rdm. Haven't played that map I don't think, but if you intentionally press a button that you know will harm people, you may want to make sure the area is clear or not press it at all. This may change depending on the situation and the intent of the person pressing it. Some buttons just go rogue

Well it depends where they are supposed to be. If they just start running there because they themselves said they could, then it would be up to you really on whether or not to warn them. In most cases it would be nice for you to say go back or possibly a warning shot, but really there is no reason for them to go if they were not told to. So if they go away from the area they are supposed to be at you may just want to warn them. If they aren't supposed to be in big cage then that's where they should be. In that case though medic is very close to the cage, so really it would be up to the ct that see's them in the restricted area.
