If they killed the T after 2-3 second after a CT clearly shot him in front of every ct, then he is using the loophole. I will warn them and slay them if they keep doing it. But i am not sure if it count as freekill on purpose.

CT may only order them to off mic to be able to give another order. The ideal time is 30 second. CT may also order them to off mic when they are spamming the mics, but if Admins is present, they will handle with them. I have seen CTs giving off mic order for no reason and shoot people when they start talking. They are very creative in thinking of loophole to gain more kills

Admins can see who press the button, but it will work for player complaints if a T tried to team kill. But i don't see much use for CT since they can't force death game. They are cases of Ts jump around in the death game and a CT activate it. It will easier to shows who press it in the demo when the camera is not looking at the person who press it. I have doubts about the usability of the plugin but I will leave it to the hand of our current AO
