  2. Your idea here is almost right with the concept. Out of all the pistols that you mentioned only one of them is > $750 and that would be the deagle at $800. Just for my input on this, it's completely fine. In fact it's exactly how it should be. I'm pretty sure there's armour for the glock/Usp-S/P2k right? If I'm right on exactly how it works then this is exactly how it should be. Although yes, you SHOULD try to have fun, the whole point of an aim server is to get better. The pistol rounds put you in a situation where (without the grenades, as it's an AIM map) you can get any pistol that you'd be able to in a pistol round and face an opponent that is under the same restrictions. If we change this so there's always armour on pistol rounds (even if it's only body armour) we're simply harming the gamemode for those that come on more for the competitive improvement element. This is just an explanation that will only be necessary to some about the reasoning for aimpunch being there: I just thought I'd add this as a side note. As @Black Rain said players should be going for headshots. I understand that some newer and lower leveled players wont be but they should feel more inclined to when they start getting one tapped. The lack of body armour will genuinely help the players. You shouldn't be out peaking long enough and should be quick peaking and being agile. For you to be in the open long enough to feel the effect of aim punch simply means that the player should get a nudge in the right direction to improve their positioning. We have to always remember this is an aim map, so the main focus of a server like this is for improvements.(but fun should be had at the same time) If a player is indeed quick peaking and feeling the influence of aim punch regardless of the above, this simply means that the opponent has reacted faster than them meaning they could body shot faster that the player could pull of their shot. This is by no means a server fault, by no means anything needing to be fixed. This is simply the player getting beaten correctly. We will always have players that will complain regardless and on an aim map (believe me I get it there a lot) players will complain about anything they can to shift the blame from themselves. No armour really should be the case on an aim map.

  7. I don't think that in all my time of jailbreak I've played this map - or at a minimum don't recognise it. I'm not going to lie, as much as me not playing it doesn't make it 'bad', if in all those hours it wasn't even chosen, that must speak something for how 'liked' it is.
  8. To be honest, like what @Stunningjam first mentioned. Unless people are stationary or walking towards you, nothing hits at all. So to make people able to bhop, well... good luck.

  12. OH IT IS. This map looks sexy af, 10/10 would bang again. Oh wait, this is a serious map removal. Yeah it kind of sucks, but I don't really know much about it from the few minutes I've got on it after everyone rtv'd in the first round.

  14. For clarification as this is honestly triggering the shit out of me now. I don't like one way Windows, or teleport towers. HOWEVER, they are not game breaking and I am very okay with them being in the game. It's simply personal preference. The one way box in clouds is broken and ridiculous. It is insanely overpowered and incomparable to most other one way boxes. So to all the people ignorantly putting 'oh we should just remove x and y aswell' sarcastically there is a clear difference between the clouds one and the other ones in terms of positioning, how you get to it, how you beat people in it etc. If you wish to discuss other maps or make sarcastic comments about other maps, do it elsewhere on a thread about them maps. Removing this will make the map flow much better and will cause CT's to enforce the rules more and give better orders. If this doesn't happen and CT's continue to say freeday no main cell area, that is still fine. At least at that point when a T comes back to rebel he can actually see the enemy he is against. The CT will still have a huge advantage on top of cells or at armoury etc, HOWEVER that is still miles better than someone sitting infront of the portal in an opaque box.
  15. No I didn't. Yes I'd find it boring on any map where the same orders are given every time, however on razor the way that CT's control that is entirely different to the way that it is controlled on clouds with the one way box. You know, you could read my entire post before you criticize it?
  16. Okay so I'm not really sure how to respond to this. I LOVE RAZOR, to put it simply. Perhaps you should of read the rest? I'm not sure how you got that impression? Electric Razor is in my opinion the best map we have. If it went, well, I would hardly have any incentive to go on jb much anymore. Regardless, my post was mostly saying that the one way box should be removed, it is stupid. I would much rather have CT's camping armory (which they most likely wont do as it'd be easier ontop of cells) that I can actually see than CT's in something invisible that I can't rebel against. I swear @Metal if what you said in your last sentence actually happened I would cry ;_;
  17. As stupid as this may sound, re-reading my original point not only did I word it poorly but I'm kind of going to have to agree with your disagree. To be honest I suppose that the reason that 'freeday through portal' in my opinion is worse than 'freeday no past first cell' on razor and other maps is because of the invisible box. I feel like I should've mentioned the box earlier in my post, but better than not at all huh. ;) xd
  18. I hate this map a very large amount. We should not simply judge the entirety of a map with when 'good' CT's are on. We need to understand that not all CT's will give orders and therefore need to adapt our map pool to suit our server. It is extremely rare that I play on this map except an order that is 'freeday through teleporter' or 'freeday no main cell area'. Yes, orders can't be repeated three times. However to assume that an admin will be on all the time to enforce that is wrong. To be honest, that's about the worst I can say about the majority of the map. It's not necessarily a terrible jailbreak map as a whole, but it certainly isn't good either. An argument for removing this map would be people falling off. I don't feel that this argument specifically is valid. As much as I too have fallen off, you have to be quite stupid to do so. Yes I'm stupid. The actual reason it should be removed or 'fixed': The main thing I wanted to say is about the invisible box on top of cells. It literally ruins the gameplay on this map for everyone except the person inside of it. I'm a firm hater of teleport towers, however I accept that they're just a thing that will be there. For the invisible box on clouds though, it is even worse (I know it's not a teleport tower). Every time we're on this map the complaints pile up about that box on top of cells. Not only does it allow people to camp, but it is a literal shut down for T's rebelling. If this was removed, the map would be 'okay' I suppose. If we take razor as an example, the one way window on that is indeed annoying, however is an extremely easy map to rebel on and therefore justifies the addition of this window. Whereas on clouds it just simply ruins the game. By all means allow CT's to go on top of cells. It's different to other maps and has an interesting concept in allowing CT's to patrol from above the cells at different elevations assuming the order they give can be successfully controlled up there. However having an invisible box within that, one that is hard to get a lucky shot through and near impossible to get into as a T whilst a CT is in there ruins this map. (Of course if a CT is 'bad' at the game a T may get in.) I vote yes for the removal, unless the invisible box is no longer able to be used, otherwise I'd be happy to not see it in the map rotation.
