  10. A very easy way to lose wait is to limit your sodium intake. You eat a lot more then you think... Hope it helps. Good luck!!
  11. Fuck that, like I would ever pour milk in first... then it splashes out and shit. You have to go get a rag, clean it up, wash the counter, rinse the rag, and then worry about the cereal splashing the milk. If your not careful you have to do it over again. Why, just pour it first.
