A friend of mine is giving me a gtx 1070 ftw soon as long as i upgrade my cpu and psu. Im gonna get a 750w evga psu, but im not sure what cpu to get. The 6700k is cheaper on amazon right now vs the 7700k, but would it be worth it to spend the 40-50 extra? I use my pc for gaming of corse, but also recording and rendering at 1080p. Would the 7700k work better for my needs with the added cost, or would there be such little improvement that i wouldnt really notice the difference between the two? Thanks in advance

Why hello there. As some as you might have noticed, I have not been on the servers much as of late. I've been rather busy as of late fixing my cars and getting my camper ready at camp. My wagon is falling aport and my bmw needs a new drive shaft. I just finally got my van back on the road after a lot of hurdles (7 cars and only 1 on the road right now...). Besides dealing with endless maintenance and working 50 hours a week for weeks (and dealing with a husband thats more like a wife), I am working on my own youtube channel now and trying for 1 or 2 videos a week. With work starting to slow a little and spring still a month or so away, I'm finally getting around to having some free time again. Hopeing that over the next few weeks I can grace the jb server with my lovely (ya right) presence. Just wanted to let you guys know what I've been up to. -C
