I swear you can? Just click "Edit post" then "delete" bottom right corner. Also, it's CA+ who can delete posts.

Don't see a need for it really. Takes quite a while to decompile a map, fix all the issues with it then add spawns and recompile, and then everyone download it again. If someone wants to they can, like LampShade. Also, I'm pretty sure that spawns aren't randomized like you said.

You may need to crouch. You have to be within a certain distance and I don't think standing up works but I'm not sure. The ground should be a valid place to place it.
