The horse is long dead. The answer is No. I've answered this question so many times that I somehow forgot what I usually say. Something along the line that it gives players an unfair advantage over others and if the server doesn't already have some kind of bhop plugin that allows decent bhopping in the first place, it's pretty much cheating since others wouldn't be able to do it unless they also used some sort of macro.
