Picked up the pistol from his cell, crouched next to his bed, and aimed it at me and my CT buddy while walking out of armory. Not just because he picked it up.. that's a different situation. I know because I killed him.

I already established with another admin that I cant kill someone on the spot for accidentally pulling it out or whatever, I wouldn't do that, but in game you said that we need to ask them to drop it because pistols are less dangerous towards CTs. Tec-9 And Deagle are both one shot kills to the head. What I'm getting from this is that T's are allowed to run around holding pistols and the CTs have to ask each and everyone of them to drop it, that rule will be abused by Ts so much. I've just never played by this and now I'm confused and I wanted extra clarification from @Wawa or @Nuclear Onion

I'm on PB, I'm a CT and I come out of armory and this T is in his cell aiming a pistol at armory door. I shoot him in the head. Another guy and I have a small debate then @WickedZealot cuts in telling me that I cannot kill a T for having an unholstered pistol and I need to ask them to drop it. Now, no disrespect, but Wicked has said that we have always gone by that rule. Another regular player on PB also defended my side because we have gone by that rule at least since I've been here. So the question is, can I kill a T when he has a gun aimed at me or a teammate?
