If you've played recently you might be faced with a situation where you die as a detective to an innocent, but because of some stupid loophole they're not in the wrong. There should never be a reason for this to happen, can we add a rule that states you can't kill a detective for any reason unless they damage you first, I feel like this would eliminate a bunch of the pandemonium that happens when an innocent kills a detective for being in a kos area or having a kos gun or some other circumstance where they are kos, then another innocent kills that innocent, then an innocent kills that innocent.... you know the rest.

A retake server is a completely different idea which could be brought up seperately. I believe you completely missed the point of what i was suggesting, I was suggesting a one day event in which players competed to have the highest score on a 1v1 server, conventionally those do not include bomb plants. Sorry if I misunderstood what you meant, the first line of your post does not make a lick of english sense to me.

A 1v1 arena server for a day could be a pretty cool server, and perhaps whoever had the most kills at the end of the day could get some sort of forum award or something else of the sort. I'm pretty sure all the plugins are easily accessible, and we might already have them as we used to have a 1v1 server.

If you respawn right before respawning is disabled on a course map, you're killed anyway by the afk killer. I figure just adjusting the time afk killer turns on by about 5 or so seconds could easily fix this and prevent you from dying to it for no reason.
