I don't often use gifs, but maybe that's why I'm indifferent/more leaning to not allowing them in the general chat. I've only ever seen them used for shitposting and disrupting the chat, so even though you dispute those claims it's not super beneficial that your counter is "Well a CA+ can contact an IAO and have it removed". Moderation is already scuffed enough on Discord since there's no official Discord Team, so I don't see another reason to add to that chaos. I get the point that people like images and shit, so maybe we can add that permission to Supporters.

Maybe not a sign up sheet, but a "Come by at x time if you want to play scrim!" is better, the informality would work better imo. I still really like this idea and hope the issues with the "new" plugin are fixed so this can happen. Other attempts to host events/revitalize the scrim server recently have failed since the game couldn't actually start/go 5 rounds without crashing. Getting the stuff fixed might be a little difficult too, because the server has no official manager *ahem CAs if you want a free promotion*

If it was just given out, Guards are required to give Prisoners sufficient time to respond, react, and complete an order. If all the Prisoners are already in big cage though, you can tell it's there's been plenty of time to complete the order, and our Prisoner buddy has been AFK long enough in the cells for his inaction to be considered blatant disobey. Just a reminder, that if the AFK T is not blatantly disobeying yet, you must treat them like any other disobeying Prisoner and give them a warning shot, wait at least three seconds, and then can kill them. Personally I would toss the guy a warning shot and pardon him because he's not harming Guards/running away, but that's up to you. >No, using the !repeat command or asking for a repeat does not pardon you from not doing the order, but Guards are required to instantly repeat the order. If Guards are purposefully serving warning shots and killing prisoners for not following the order while a repeat request has been made, and then they repeat the order, they will be punished.

Hey David, I commented on your admin application back in December, and myself along with many others gave you a lot of advice on how to improve your chances. If you haven't already, I recommend frequently going back to that application and re-reading the responses. When I was a regular and trying to get admin I found that going back to my previous applications really did me a favor in keeping the words of wisdom given to me and ways I could improve fresh in my mind. This is your application here in case you were wondering. So to answer your question, no I do not think you are currently ready for admin, and I think that for two reasons. One, you still are very new in our community and don't have a lot of playtime on the TTT (or other) servers. A day and a half of playtime, found here, is nowhere near enough time needed to not only master the gamemode but to be able to administrate it. The second reason I don't think you're ready for admin is that you quite literally cannot apply for admin right now. What I mean by that is when your application was denied, you were given a response by our Vice President (Gator) who told you to reapply in five months, here. So by the rules of applications, you can't apply until June 4th, 2021. Now I don't have a lot of experience with you in-game, so I can't speak to your attitude or character a whole lot, but I know all you should focus on right now is to keep playing the servers and be more active in our Forums/Discord. Doing those things will show the higher staff (Those who vote on admin applications now) that you're dedicated to our community and deserve admin. Good luck though, and I hope anyone who's played with you in-game responds below to offer advice.

In this instance you can kill them. The first order given doesn't matter anymore, they were supposed to be inside of big cage, but are all the way near the cells. Ignoring the part where they were AFK, they are far enough away from the order for it to be considered Blatantly Disobeying (I.e: you can kill them). This is also correct.
