I asked @Leon Mordecai to revert it to the old plugin last night because there were a number of issues with the plugin. Fortunately I have worked out the problems and working on the next release right now, should be ready for tonight. @Black Rain I'll copy you on this so you know what's going on.

Which server are we talking about? We just started testing new plugin on ZE so I can make some adjustments if necessary.

I think rote is still too hard for us, but maybe we should try it for that reason... Also the next event map should be Paramina as I have solved the crashing issue

If this was true my grenade plugin (as well as the currently implemented burn slow plugin) would not work at all... It's just the recovery rate is high enough that you don't notice it.

Yes, you are supposed to lose stamina when shot enough times... Is this broken perhaps? On the other hand I believe weapon knockback is already too high at the moment. I think it should be lowered before stamina rates are adjusted.

The only place I see this being useful is if people claim ignorance to those specific rules... but as previously said won't make that much of a difference.

Just throwing in my opinion, this is a job that we are not payed to do - we volunteer. All of us have lives outside of SG if you can believe it... I would like to think that most of us our trying are best, and if you see us inactive there is a reason for it. I also don't think anyone who is chosen for admin is so un-trusted / misjudged that they need to be watched 24/7 either. This is what admin complaints are for, if you notice someone abusing report it. Players have responsibility too you know. Also this

Buy a cheap SSD from any Black Friday sale, you can get a 500gb for Load up a Windows CD and activate using the product key sticker on the machine. If you don't have that well you can activate Win 7 with Daz Loader and then update to Win 10 for free while also turning it into a legitimate activation.
