  1. If a CT goes into a KOS area and a T is still able to participate in the LR (in this case, shot for shot - T can still shoot a CT in a KOS area) then that's fine. The only problem is when a CT goes into a KOS area to delay and a T cannot complete their LR. We have a rule change coming shortly to address this situation. Thanks for pointing it out!

  3. Talked with the team again and we decided to reject this. Rounds tend to be over by the time the round ends, and in cases where the round does drag on in most cases it's because the Ts have rebelled and CTs are camping. Not only this, but deathgames usually kill most of the Ts anyway - we have more trouble with people not stopping the deathgame in time than people stopping the deathgame early enough to start another deathgame. Thanks for the suggestion though.

There's a decent window for joining and even though not many people get in first round, as a result of this first round goes by pretty quickly and during this time everyone can join up and be there for round #2. For this reason I'm going to reject this for JB, but thanks for the suggestion! Will leave this open for the TTT gentlemen. @Zayne @roux

  9. Personally, I really doubt any CA would want to dig through hours of demo/video footage to find a single instance of mass-freekill or something. Paired with the fact that it'd take up a huge amount of storage on our end, I don't think we'd go down this route. Nonetheless, I'll talk with the team about it. Thanks for the suggestion.

  11. We found that the server didn't really enjoy playing it since the map consists of mainly deathgames without enough secrets. This would be a fantastic map for events though, so consider this suggestion... semi-accepted?

  13. Highly highly suggest doing a quick search of our forums as this has been discussed several times. Our stance has not changed for the following reasons: 1. Snitches get stitches (eventually). 2. Actual snitching rarely occurs, and as mentioned above people "snitch" to cause some chaos. 3. Ts already are doing extremely well on the server. There's no need to "buff" them seeing as snitching is part of the RP as well. Thanks to everyone above who mirrored our thoughts. tldr: snitching is not teamkilling.

  18. At the moment you get your ammo and some kevlar refilled if you kill anyone, headshot or not. I've seen other servers have it so you only get ammo refilled if you get either 3 kills or you kill someone with a headshot. This may be something we want to consider to prevent huge spray and prays which wouldn't happen in a regular competitive game, and to instead encourage people to go for headshots as they do in competitive. Every time you respawn there's a message in the middle of your screen saying "You are playing Steam-Gamers.net FFA DM" - this gets really annoying after a while and I'm not aware of a way to disable this. Could we please reconsider this feature? 2. On respawn your screen goes dark for 1-2 seconds before brightening up again. This gets annoying very quickly... not sure if this is on just my side or everyone. 3. The spawns seem a bit off. Other servers seem to respawn you in areas where there aren't people so you aren't domed on spawn, but I've found that our plugin doesn't seem to do this (?). This leads to a people camping spawns. Not sure if this is because our population is too high or if there's a problem with the plugin. 4. Something to consider but not something I'm pushing for is a more sensitive AFK Manager so people who aren't active are moved to spec quicker. Considering the low slot # on this server as well as the already crowded map, this may benefit us. Thanks .

No suggestion or idea is "bad", but next time please leave the suggestion up in OP so we have a chance to discuss this. If you suggested this chances are someone else in the future will suggest it too and it would have been nice to have this discussion on hand.
