  1. Different situations call for different punishments. We can't make a guide telling you what's worthy of a ban and what isn't, because there's so many different factors. You can use your own judgement to determine whether or not you should report somebody, but ultimately it will come down to the CA+ who does your complaint. This isn't something we'll be doing, thanks for the suggestion though.
  2. ^ You can view every store item there is in that thread, so you can decide before you buy it.
  3. The new forums are on their way, so this isn't something we'd implement right now. Thanks for the suggestion though.
  4. When we release the new forums, we can consider adding an easier way to find all the application forms. However, for now, our main man @roux has made a thread in the Admin Application section linking all the application forms for each team. That thread can be found here. Thanks for the suggestion.
  5. Yeah because you weren't invited you fucking loser.
  6. Welcome back, Rain.
  7. The managers and I have all agreed to leave this how it is. We have a voting system on the server, not a set rotation, the maps aren't getting overplayed because we're forcing them onto people, they're getting overplayed because there's overwhelming support for them. Those maps have tons of time played on the server and are among our most popular ones, we don't want to force people to play less popular maps. Also a quick PSA / reminder that passive aggressive behavior / speech does not get you anywhere. It doesn't make us feel more inclined to listen to you, just makes you look like an asshole. Feel free to PM me or another manager if you'd like to discuss this further.

  9. Little less than a week left for this.
  10. I did not expect to enjoy watching a video from Jailbreak, but that was genuinely entertaining. Really good video.
  11. In addition to the above, Malibu has also been banned for 7 days for harassment.
  12. You can go to our Stats page at the top, click on Jailbreak, then click Maps and sort by time played. There's been three versions of your map on the server and together they have ~8 hours played so far.
  13. When the death-game is forced, you aren't allowed to spray the Ts down, as per the rule Gentoo stated. When the death-game is voluntary, you can gun them down as soon as they fall into the water.
  14. It's coming up on three years since that post has been edited, so I'm quite doubtful. Obviously if you still want to reach out to the guy, feel free to do so.
  15. Redie is a plugin we've tried previously. It had a bug where if a ghost stood inside of an alive player, another alive player couldn't knife them. Gunshots also did reduced damage when a ghost stood in front of a bullet. It's something I worked with @Noctember on for a little while before I abandoned the project to focus on other ones that were more of a concern at the time. It's definitely something we can look into again though and I think it's a good idea. The idea in the OP might be possible but I think it'd be a bit more complicated and it might just not be a good fit for Jailbreak, but it's something the Jailbreak team and I can discuss.

@Alex @Paradox Didn't we play this shit like forever ago?
  17. Seems like this has been answered.
  18. Nothing needs to change. I've been top of my class for 8 years straight because the way that testing is currently is the most efficient way possible. I've been on the honor roll since Kindergarten and I haven't missed a day of school in my life. I currently take all AP classes and have 90s and above in all of them. Tests are easy because I'm one of the smartest people in my country, simple as that. If you do bad on tests, you're just not smart. No one can contest my intelligence because the education system has made my brain an impenetrable force-field of raw knowledge, which includes exams.

  20. I guess it just takes a few nights on PayDay with Caution to get IA.
  21. Hello everyone, It's once again time to announce our staff of the month. The Staff of the Month award is given out each month to a staff member that has gone above and beyond and deserves recognition for the effort they've put in. The recipient of this award will receive this badge on the forums. This person has been putting in tons of work as a member of the Junior Technical Team. He has worked very closely with the Jailbreak managers and I to fix and rebuild multiple plugins when the server was in desperate need of repair. This person truly goes above and beyond with the work they do for this community and it has not gone unnoticed. Please join me in congratulating @BoTo as the recipient of this esteemed award.

  23. >Click the banner to go directly to the contest page for more details. Hello everyone, today I am happy to announce that we have come together with Gamebanana and 6 other communities to bring you a MiniGames Mapping Contest! Your task is to create a brand new MiniGames map for CS:GO. It should look good, be original, and be fun to play on with the quality and quantity of activities to use. Course maps are not allowed and multigame style maps will be favored. Judging These are the main things that will be looked at when a map is being judged. Unique, interesting and varied activities for the players to play on. Multigame style maps will be favored, however other single gamemode style maps are still allowed and could still score well if the concept and execution are good. Course maps won't be considered and shouldn't be entered. Visuals will be an important factor. Maps should look good and be well executed throughout the map. Optimization will also be considered. Maps shouldn't cause large frame drops or lag. Rules 1) Every submission must be a playable Minigame level for CS:GO! 2) Course style maps are not allowed. 3) Entries must be submitted onto the site (GameBanana.com) and tagged as a contest entry before the deadline. 4) Entries must included the banner shown in the description somewhere in the map where it is clearly visible to everybody. If you really don't want to use the banner, you can implement the all the logos/text that are on the banner in another way. Just make sure the logos are still clearly visible. 5) If the entry is uploaded to an external site, it must state that it was created for the CSGO Minigame Mapping Contest. 6) Submitted content must be considered "Original", entries should not be rethemes, version 2's or copies of other minigame maps. 7) The submission can use pre-existing assets such as existing models and textures, but enough work should be done to consider the submission a 'new release' made for this competition. Simply re-uploading a previous piece of work will not count. 8) Multiple entries are allowed, however quality is better than quantity. 9) Each entrant may only win a maximum of one (1) prize. 10) Team based entries are allowed, but the entrants will have to decide and agree on how to split any prizes awarded. 11) Entries cannot be modified after the deadline except for changes to the submission profile (changing the description, notes or screenshots). 12) Judges cannot enter or assist entrants. Prizes 1st Place - $250 2nd Place - $100 3rd Place - $50 All submissions must be uploaded to this site and tagged as a contest entry before the end date of Jul 7th, 2019 @ 11:55 pm UTC. Good luck! Thanks to @roux for resizing the banner.
