I can't believe you stepped down from your position at Steam-Gamers just for me. I was just gonna fucking meme on you since we'll probably still talk, but on a serious note, you are one of the best dudes I've met here. That's saying a lot with how many friendships I've made here, but it's completely true. We had so many serious talks and debates and despite our disagreements that would turn into pretty heated arguments, we always just started talking again 10 minutes later like nothing happened, and it's not easy finding friends like that. That on top of all the times we would just fuck around with each other or other people which would end in us crying of laughter, it was all great. I'm not good at this sentimental shit, but you get what I'm saying. I'm sure this will take a heavy toll on your TeamSpeak activity as well, but I'll make sure to keep in touch. Hello there. I would encourage every person who plays CT to try their best to accommodate you when possible. However, that won't always be possible for the CTs to do in every instance and it will be quite the hassle for them in general. I'll be honest here in saying I think it's a bit impractical to think the CTs should be obligated to type everything they say on their microphones. In most cases I'd say following the group of Ts and copying their movements will keep you alive. Additionally, oftentimes I think you'll be able to get someone to tell you what the order is, especially once you've further integrated yourself into the community. It's awesome to see someone who has been here for so long returning to play and we hope you enjoy yourself on the server. Please feel free to post about anything else regarding the server like suggestions or general feedback, we appreciate it all.

I think it's completely reasonable to say "higher required playtime, lower chance of freekilling" personally. Obviously if we increased it to like 25 hours and a guy came on to freekill, he's probably just going to realize that and leave. However, the problem always lies in the fact there isn't any reasonable amount of time that will actually completely deter people from freekilling. Personally when I look at a thread like this I feel as though people have the wrong idea of what the primary goal of this plugin is. Sure, it can prevent a freekiller here and there, but I think it's main focus is on letting players get educated who actually want to play CT before they do so. It prevents people with good intentions from messing up very badly off the bat and getting themselves in trouble. If everyone recognizes that if someone really wants to freekill, they'll just wait the 25 minutes, then I think you can also recognize that it probably isn't it's sole function. That's just coming from a person who helped formulate the original idea for CT Lockout and is based off my personal opinion, I suppose what the plugin's benefit is to the server is up to you guys. Just wanted to put that out there as food for thought though.

Our current server isn't constantly packed or anything and I would never be in support of splitting the population between two servers. It'd just end up with two servers that have average ranks as opposed to the one that we can push for a really good rank. There's more reasons than this alone but this alone is why it wouldn't happen right now. Thank you for the suggestion though.

If something is in the SA section, please do not take it upon yourself to release it. This is something we can look into once the new forums are released.

While the idea is awesome, it requires a whole new plugin to be made for a seemingly small benefit. It's not something we want to allocate any time towards currently with all of the projects we have in the works. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Alright then. If someone wants to come forward down the line with a change they'd like to propose (actually done, not just ideas) then you're free to do so. The poll speaks for itself but also speaking from personal experience I can tell you that this has not been doing the server justice. We can revisit it in the future if we want to, but for now it's being removed.
