What's wrong with 2:3 ratio, sometimes it's needed when the CT's are having a hard time. (3:3 is just 1:1).

Seems like a good idea, however it would take a lot of work. I've never heard of a queue plugin for jailbreak servers, but our retake server has a plugin for joining teams so I don't think it'll be too hard. I'm all for the idea, however it would require tweaking for certain maps that, as you said, need more cts (a 2:3 ratio). On top of that, I feel like there are other things that would be more prioritized than this for Jailbreak.

Does saying something along the lines of, "I'm going to hurt you" or "I'm going to kill you" count as T-baiting. On top of that, does threatening an action count as T-baiting.

Maybe the command can only be used by 4:00, and only Lieutenant+ can use it? Abuse would obviously be punishable and something you could report for.

An example running in my head would be a CT would be able to type !offmic twice a round and it mutes all the T's for 15-30 seconds.

I assume this is for TTT? If it is, some people (like myself) don't generally use utilities. When they do they use it they're being strategic and are using their brains, so they don't throw it randomly. The only time I see this as an issue is when they're being thrown randomly at the start of the round, an accidentally hit, or if someone is purposefully doing it to a friend. I don't see it as too much of an issue, and anytime I see someone die to it they take it as a lesson and don't generally do it again.

It has its medic under armory, and the rest of the map is really only reserved for minigames. The two secrets I've found so far (and probably the only ones) are the vents systems and a P250 in the bathrooms under armory. The main thing that makes this somewhat unique is the single-large-cell that all the T's spawn in. The vents are extremely apparent in their cell, so the CT's would need to get their act together quickly. I think this map could go many different ways, so we'd just have to try it out. Also, all the buttons and console notifications are in a foreign language (Some European language I think). There really wouldn't be a way to track if you "follow orders" unless you do it based off of time spent alive, which doesn't mean you follow orders. The point of T side isn't to follow the orders, it's to rebell (and follow the orders if you want to). It's up to the T on how they want to play the game. T's already have a "rank system" with points. Every CT kill is a point, and you can do !top and find out who are the top players. There's also !gang which is grouped rankings. If you're exclusively talking about a title/rank, that wouldn't be hard to do but I think it would just make our chats look like this: [Rebeller] smh xd Uno: Freeday please! The title is self-explanatory. It would help out with that whole Jump Rope thread (which has calmed down server-wise), but a lot of people are still dying to CT's who randomly start a deathgame. This would also help us enforce forced deathgames only lasting 45 seconds. This would simply be the CT having to say, " I'm now starting the deathgame" (or whatever version of that they're comfortable with).
