Incredible campaigns for both. Mass Effect 3 is very controversial though. Playing over 200+ hours of Witcher 3, it has made itself my favorite game of all time. You don't really need to play the earlier games to play Witcher 3 but they help with characters and references. All VALVE games are 10/10. These two games are pretty short. They're made by the same person. I recommend playing Stanley Parable first and then Beginner's Guide. Gets pretty deep and emotional.
