I'm one of those admins to blame here, i should have familiarized myself with the rules more before actually playing on the server and im sorry for not and noticing too late. On the topic spawn camping i believe that it should be kept due to the fact that as you've seen on the server, it can just make it one sided where one team just constantly kills the other team. Another problem is that players who do spawn camp make it so that everyone just sits at spawn and dont actually explore or play on the map. Also spawn camping kind of ties in with point farming, someone on the opposing team could go afk and you can just go to their spawn and kill them constantly. Lastly with everyone not following the rules, it's still a new server and all the players on the server currently are mostly people in the community who probably never played Surf deathmatch before.

My current view on this is to make the pistol rule apply to primaries as well, since a pistol can also completely destroy a whole team of CT similar to an AK47 depending on the users skill level. Also CTs should be more aware of who has a gun and who doesn't and should try to position themselves or give orders in way to where it’s easier to identify the the T with the a primary, similar to how most CTs do with secondaries.

Having a primary means that you are KOS, him saying that he will allow you to live is a pardon and the rules state: • CTs do not have to honor pardons or promises to rebelling Ts. If the person has a secondary, steps out and no CT saw the guy shooting or holding the gun out for a long period of time then he can't be killed, since they don't know whether or not he got passed the secondary from another T that was shooting or holding out the gun

How many times do people have to make a CT requirement thread? Then get rejected and realize that it’s not a good way of going about restricting players and teaching players how to play CT and that the CT restriction isn't to stop those who don't know how to play but those who just want to freekill people. Having new players on CT is a great way to have the player learn about the gamemode if they really want to, as players will call out on their mistakes or tell them what they did wrong. I agree with fajita that you seem like someone who really wants to help out. But there are things that you should work on, things like looking at the bigger picture of things, you would just consider someone rdming you if they kill you for no valid reason. But you would fail to realize that you jumped into a spray or crossfire when the person was trying to kill a T. Also there are some small situations that you would blow out of proportion, like someone just trying to joke with you and not having bad intent. The best advise I think I can give to you would be not to follow or do what everyone is doing as you seem to think that somethings are fine since an admin isn’t on and everyone else is doing it. Look for people that you think are nice and have potential to be admin and learn from them or just learn from current admins, see how they react to certain situations and learn the positive qualities about them and try not to learn the negatives.

There is no way of getting rid of it. But you should be fine as long as you dont use the tag again and purposely go on the servers to confuse people that you're admin. With using the tag outside the servers, even though normal SG admins can't stop you from doing so, it doesn't mean that you should do it, cause it could get you into trouble. I'm not saying that you do use the tag outside SG servers but it does seem a bit fishy that you would have a SG tag with your regular in game name that most people recognize you by

Servers like TTT are already somewhat based around Roleplay even though it doesn’t seem like it since people just run and gun. You can probably get a whole server of people to role play with you, but I don’t see it working out as an event, since in csgo there are limited amount of things you can do to role play and you also need to have a big group of people to actually be invested and dedicated to role play on the servers with you. I can definitely see an event for Roleplay with a different game such as GTA 5 or Gmod but with a game like csgo it’s really up in the air as most people don’t play csgo to role play, they play csgo to out-skill people

The authors could have gotten ideas from each other or the stories could have coincidently had been similar, but that doesn’t mean that they are related

I don’t know if this is what you’re talking about but there is currently this glitch where if there is a map change and you join a team, you won’t show up on the leaderboard for a few seconds.

It’s considered KOS as the only reason to use that ladder is to go into the secret. Something that is similar to this is summerjail and the armory roof, it was ruled that it was connected to armory and the only reason why a T would be up there was so they could get into armory

Just like the regular map pool, playing the same maps continuously and having the maps be similar themed could get stale and boring. Also some people hate some of the Halloween map(s), for example one of the Halloween maps has 2 jump scares in them and some people just don’t like to be jump scared or maybe they just don’t like the whole dark theme in maps. From off the top of my head I believe there’s only 3 maps currently that are “Halloween” themed so there isn’t really many maps people can choose from

You can just search up marketing team with the search bar and just scroll down, you can see that there is a past application thread for marketing team, all their responsibilities included: Managing all 3rd party sites/applications. Managing all advertising, sponsorship's, and affiliations. Recommending upgrades, and general marketing aspects for the community. Researching what the community like/not. Upkeeping the image of SG, and help expand. Working w/ the Media Team to manage branding and community design. Work with Media team to manage social media accounts (Youtube, Twitch, etc). Much more Their responsibilities weren't really for trying to populate the servers, but rather try to talk to other communities/people and try to get a collaboration with them.

Can you go into greater detail on how this event would work cause i haven't found anything online that matches to your idea, except the fact that roblox has it as a gamemode that people can play. Some questions that you can answer if you want to: What's the whole goal of the Ct and/or T team in the game How would we be able to implement it into the servers How would this gamemode be different and fun compared to the other events, if the Jailbreak server were to implement this Also this sounds a lot like the juggernaut event but reversed, where the Ts have more HP and have a little twist where Ts are slower, which i think would annoy a lot of people

I personally think that the best way to go about this is to have a command where you can mute only the Ts for 15 seconds or mute both Ts and CTs for 10 seconds and the command can only be used once per round unless the warden mutes the Ts then mutes the CTs as well so basically it would still be a one time use

a warden que mixed with a CT playtime requirement would be a good combo since you wont have people who have zero experience of CT become warden nor will you have the same person being Warden every round i dont think that players should vote for a warden cause it will just become abused and people would just pick the people they like or people who would just give special orders or freedays
