Has to do with compression and bitrates. For YouTube to host millions of videos at no cost to you, it has to shrink them down. While the resolution is still 1920x1080 and it is at 60fps, it has to shrink your file down by losing some data in terms of color depth, bitrates, and other fancy tech tricks. I'm not sure if there's a way to preserve the quality of your video, other than trying to compress the bitrate in a professional video editing software ahead of time. I don't know a great deal about this, but hopefully that answered a few of your questions.

I feel like this is one of the maps that people vote for just because they recognize the name. Nobody gets hype shouting "VOTE 5, VOTE CLOUDS" during the map vote in the same way people do for electric, VIP, or even Spy. On the contrary, most vocal people express how it's boring when there aren't skilled CTs on. It doesn't get RTVed instantly like The Simpsons, so I don't feel that it deserves to get removed any more than other maps, it's a matter of people forgetting how much they don't like it and voting for it every time. I'd say if you want to fix this you just have to remove the map cool down so people can play what they really want, or ramp it up, so people will get used to variety and less familiar maps.

If you've done any looking into what Elon Musk's goals are, he doesn't bother too much with his brands making enough money. As long as he's making jobs, and his employees are getting paid, he's more focused on trying to accomplish his vision for what the world is. Tesla is a lot closer to Musk's vision of what car companies can and will be in the future. It's making great strides, and I'm sure they'll be pushing a decent profit by 2025, but the brand is aimed at Musk's vision primarily.
