Yes we can do that as groups mostly work the same way as vBulletin (minus display group not being a thing). It's only supporter ranks that are wonky, due to them always needing to be secondary.

Do you have a different forum account? Because your current forum account isn't in the VIP group. You do have an old VIP subscription, but it expired in February.

The list on that page is taken from the vB Donate list here, which is entered manually. I just haven't had time to enter the donations for this month yet which is why it's empty.

This is something I think we'd be more inclined to work into the new forums sometime in the future. It'd be fairly hard and time consuming to implement this in vBulletin, and ultimately we don't want to spend any more time developing things in VB when we're going to move away from it shortly anyway. Thanks for the suggestion though.

This is certainly one of the end goals with the new forum/site. How exactly it'll all end up looking isn't finalised yet, but we do generally want to move away from being so singularly forum focused.

Some of the Christmas skins that were recently added were causing frequent crashes, along with a few plugins that the CS:GO update broke. These have been addressed now. If we see anymore crashes we'll investigate, but we're not taking down the server.

Already a thing for stuff like trails, auras, and any 'effect' based items. Type !store then navigate to settings. We could look into doing the same for models and such, no promises though.

It's (partially) back! Due to the changes we've made to the forum since last Christmas getting the full theme working would've been a ton of work, and I think a lot of people thought it was an eyesore. So while this is a bit of a compromise, we still wanted to bring back what we could.

It's to do with Valve's Panorama updates, it's been happening to many people for the past month or so. There's nothing we can do about it on our end as it's been affecting every community server. We just have to hope the CS:GO update today fixed it, and if not then we'll just have to wait on Valve.

Award and Group requests are manually reviewed by the CA's. They usually get handled within a day, and you'll receive a PM as soon that happens.

If you submit a one-time donation through here (as in your case) or you donate Steam items then it needs to be manually confirmed and applied. If you go through the Subscriptions tab and form then it will be automatic, and the subscription gets applied as soon as PayPal processes the payment.

We can't necessarily replace the "You do not have access" message, but we can absolutely have another message print out saying you need to subscribe to use them like you suggested. Adding some adverts promoting the new commands is something we can do as well with no problem. Thanks for the suggestions. Edit: This has been applied to the servers.

If you're talking about player models then generally it's up to the server managers to decide what they want on their servers. Adding any more addict or globally available skins to the Store specifically is a possibility. It's just that we'd have to find and agree upon models that everyone would be fine having on all the servers, and then there's always the concern of adding more to the download times.
