Hmmm, while I admit that I don't play JB anymore, the reason is that the server makes me want to die, or at least did while I was active. I don't think straight up saying "Its not us, its you" is the way to go here on either side, however. It seems like a cycle to me PB population gets cancerous=drives away admins=population gets more cancerous. I don't know if there is really a "cure' for it, but there might be some potential actions to take. A suggestion from me would be (and idk if this has already been tried) is to make a kind of JB team of admins, headed by some CA's or AO's or whoever. It could even include some non-admins. But this group would basically just be dedicated to try to clean up the act of the server by doing things like just being active, keeping tabs on potential problem players (i.e. players who constantly push the rules, never breaking them quite enough to get banned). Honestly, I think making some kind of admin JB community might make some of the admins more friendly with each other and with JB regulars, which might make them want to play more (if they are playing with friends and people they know). I mean, i'm not saying it would work 100%, but it could potentially serve to make JB more inviting to admins. I think something like this was even discussed when I was CA+ for use in every server, although I don't think it was really implemented. Not a perfect solution by far, but yeah.

if admins not frequenting the JB server is the real issue you are trying to fix here, then it would have been better to get straight to the point lol. As an old school JB admin, I can say that right now, even without admin I won't touch that server. Maybe something has changed in the past few months, but last time I played regularly, the server population was the biggest issue to me. It seemed like half of the people playing were either trolls, kids who thought they knew the rules but only like half understood them, or people constantly pushing the rules trying to see how far they could get. The only way to fix that really would be to have a group of admin who were serious about cleaning up that kind of trash, but most people don't want to put in/dont have time to put in that amount of effort. JB was never an easy server to admin, as that and TTT totaled something like 70%, if not more, of all of our bans back when I had admin (yes I made that up, but I'm sure it's close to being correct). Plus, the rules of JB have always been kind of about interpretation, and it seems like a few have changed since I was last around, so it could be harder now, idk. JB is just a headache for admins. Once you get admin, JB becomes like more of a chore than a game (to me at least) as it seems like there's always at least one or two people breaking some kind of server rule. As far as the OT goes, I suppose I shouldn't comment much on inactivity xD but when I actually first got my admin, I was on a two week vacation and wasn't able to get on for that time. My point is, people have things to do IRL, and sometimes SG has to take a back seat. Forcing admins to maintain a certain activity quota, while it might seem like a good idea at first, wouldn't really be fair to do to people volunteering their time for free. I mean, demoting/warning the inactives every few months has worked fine for years. I don't really see a need to change that

Over the past six months or so, I have been using nothing but Discord with a group of friends irl, and I like it much more than Discord for a number of reasons, however, there are some major issues I see that could pop up having 100+members. I'm sure there are solutions to them, but I don't know that they would be. The biggest problem we have is that sometimes some of the channels will just start lagging, and continue lagging for a week+. Not really sure what the issue is there

I've never heard of the band, and after listening to that one song, they remind me of a few bands. I'm sure you've heard of MGMT, but they also remind me of American Football (not a real popular band, and I hesitate to recommend any Math Rock band to normal people). Mystery Skulls, while maybe not that similar, has some things in common as well. I'm a bit more inter harder rock bands, so I'm kind of just scrapping the barrel here. I used to listen to a bit of what I would call "techno fusion" rock bands, and some of those might be considered similar. I do have to say they sound like MGMT to me though

I am actually a fairly good writer. I won a few awards and competitions for my essays, and one for a short story as well. I used to play a few different instruments, including saxophone, a little guitar, and Bassoon (which I initially got accepted into college for, but I changed my major before starting) I do everything better than @Goku, although I think most people here can say that. I also have the ability to watch entire anime series in a day (unless they are over 30 episodes that is)
