This was purely just a basic idea and I'm open to any ideas we could add to it and or change it in some ways, but I believe if we publicized this in some way it would definitely fill up pretty fast because we had some extras for the previous uhc Minecraft event, and maybe @Poke could actually play with us this time!

I know I posted this but I think it deserves it's own post because I think it could really do good for uhc Another Idea I had that we could increase the popularity of the Minecraft events is like a march madness event but for uhc: It would have teams of 4 or 5, well-known people but open to some kind of sign-ups, one spectator records each match and clips together with the highlights. The teams would enter a sort of single elimination bracket of matches. For the preliminary rounds, 4 teams could play each match (possibly 12 or 16 teams to start). Then later on the matches would be 1 team against another. It could be a large annual event with the matches of each week posted along with the spectator's footage/Livestream and commentary as a sort of ESPN Esque UHC event. It would last the month and the winners of the whole event get a special forum badge perhaps "UHC Madness 2020 Winner" or some other better name. 12-16 Teams of 4-5 Players Preliminary rounds would be 4 sets of 4 teams playing against one another, then the winners of each set would then go against another team in a squad vs squad and the winners of the 2 sets of squad vs squad would play against one another in the final round and the winning team would then get a forum badge and or acknowledgment of some sort We'd have a spectator for each team flying around and either streaming(with a delay) and or recording so at the end of that set we can clip together what all the spectators got and post it on the SG youtube channel or something and we could have an ESPN sort of casting giving updates on each team and what the progress is so far.
  9. Personally I would've gone with faster ram like 3666 because Ryzen CPUs like faster ram it actually makes the system run a whole lot faster and since you're getting somewhat a beffy stock cooler I recommend bumping this voltage on the CPU and overclocking it a little to 3.8-3.9

Other suggestions Could decrease the spawn rate of mobs during the grace period but almost double the spawn rate after the grace period has ended The increased drop rate of apples from trees because personally I think a few people were actually able to regenerate some of their health Maybe some custom maps that could be implemented like a Tropical Island so you're eventually forced to the middle of it

  13. After noticing the decreased and diminished amount of players on Surf DM I want to bring attention to it and hopefully with this event have a more active Surf DM server. Because I originally started playing on Surf DM Servers so why not bring back the fun times and have fun surfing around at insane speeds and compete with your friends. Like how it was done for the CT Time event on JB scores will be wiped and you will be reset at 0, and highest 4 scores in the allocated time win! This is what I was thinking, something along the lines of how it'd go. When: TBD Objective/how to play: It will be Surf Deathmatch. So obviously you surf till' the end and kill your enemies. As well as have fun! Maps: surf_4fun_go_v1 surf_10x_reloaded_nf_v2 surf_cannons_nf surf_colos2_go surf_forbidden_ways_reloaded_nf surf_pleb-life2_nf surf_pyramidduel_go Who: Everyone is invited! Make sure to even invite non-SG members to come and try out! Rules: NO cheats, exploits, glitching, or 3rd party tools that give you an unfair advantage over other players. NO ghosting. ANY point farming will result in a score wipe. ANY griefing and or trolling will result in a server-wide ban. NO delaying of rounds. Prizes: Prizes will be awarded to the top 4 people with the most amount of kills. First: VIP for a month & forum Award Second: Subscriber for a month & Forum Award Third: 10k Credits & Forum Award Fourth: Forum Award
