Also keep in mind that it's not "4GB" as the name implies. The 970 (not 100% about the 960) has a certain bullshit part in the architecture that basically makes 0.5GB out of the 4GB unusable. This is not a big deal in pretty much any games, but as they start getting higher fidelity, it's going to show it's wear. It's already made people upset because it actually makes a difference in GTAV. The 980 has *true* 4GB+ VRAM but it's way out of your price range. But for a good budget Nvidia card, I'd say go for the 960. Make sure you do your research on the best manufacturers (MSI and EVGA I believe are the best, my 980 is an EVGA) and try to wait for a sale, checking all possible sites (pcpartpicker.com has a listing of the main hardware retailers so you can get the best prices an shit) and maybe if you're lucky you might be able to nab a 970 for $200

GTX has both desktop and laptop range. Considering he said 260 and not 260M, he must be running a desktop machine. As for the thread: You can get a GTX 960 for $200, which is leagues better than what you have despite being the low end of the 900 series. I'm not sure how it performs compared to the 780, so you'd have to look that up.

As someone who played a shit ton of a TTT server way back when, this has never been classified as RDM to my knowledge, even on SG back when we had gmod TTT. It's common knowledge to be careful on that hallway, and to shoot the barrel if you see it coming. It'd be kinda like saying just casually pressing the bridge on Minecraft, then somebody running down it after you left and falling in the lava is RDM. Now, if the player SEES someone running down the hall, and then presses it with the intent to kill, then yes, it is RDM.

I get the feeling that nearly everyone would WANT a CS:S server, be it MG or ZE mainly, or at least finding some way to modify GO to be more like how those modes played in CS:S, but we all realize it just won't survive. I want you to keep in mind that back before CSGO, the ONLY server that had any players on it was MG, and even then it only reached 10-20 players on average. DR was gone, PB was dead, ZE was a husk. I'm one of the people that if we got a CS:S ZE server I'd likely never play GO ever again, but keep in mind that most people who play SG don't even go onto the forums, and would have NO idea that we got a CS:S server, and furthermore, many likely don't even own CS:S.
