I hope this is a meme because a lot of us around the community use it in the context of a meme... By the way, this has already been done for everyone's sake by @FLuiD I'm still in favor for having two people who are banned to leap frog the map to (maybe) reduce a ban sentence.

Going to agree with Exk's response here, there are too many cars and it is very easy to be killed by one. If anyone gets killed by a single car (or bike...) the vehicle will not despawn, allowing more vehicles to stack on the not-despawned entity. This will either cause way to much lag or crash the server. Rejected.

@Prez, I would love to have this for Bhop now that it's gotten addition maps. From looking at the surf awards the percentages for the awards can be the same since getting 100% almost impossible. More maps will be added in the future so getting the awards will take a much longer task.
