Adding on to what Reid said, personally I've had both Sub and VIP and IMO I find having VIP not only better because of the credits/raffle like Reid said, but as well as the cosmetics you can get they look better, not as buggy, you get better-looking anime girls in ZE and overall make you look cooler than everyone else. It’s not just you everyone has been lagging as well as rubber banding because of the new update. But that makes sense to be honest new things are going to be added, higher detailed graphics, new code, hardware is going to get outdated. Said Here can be some options on possible solutions to the problems as well if you are on a wireless connection try using a Cat-5 or Cat-6 Cable for ethernet to secure a faster and stable connection. But I believe Valve just has to find the sweet spot on their side of the problem creating a more stable connection between the players and their game.

Like what Astral said, whenever I am in-game and a Detective kills a Traitor the type in admin chat claiming they were rdmed and I have to constantly go into the console and pull up the log in it saying it that "Detective ____ has found DNA on ____ from ____(murder)" and show it to them and having it show up on the screen like a private sm_csay saying "Detective ___ has found your DNA on ___" could really help with constant RDM complaints

I think there could be two routes we could go at this or implement both, there could be one route to go like Chad said with most CT Kills or best KDR on T side which could cause some issues for CTs resulting in a lot of Ts rebelling. Another one could be T time spent alive because that means they are actively listening and following the rules and not rebelling, which could possibly help bring back more of the RP aspect of the JB game mode.
